Store Replenishment Analyst roles within the business is to drive great service and stock availability in stores by working closely with the Buying, Merch and FnR teams.
This is done by ensuring the business has successful launch periods, which are then maintained throughout the season.
The department support the merchandise and logistical teams through key times of the year such as Peak, Summer & Winter Sale, Launch and Events.
The team can also provide all year analysis support and problem-solving solutions.
The role is to work as part of the store Replenishment team to achieve great in store service and availability, as well as ensuring the business has successful launches and sale periods, whilst maintaining efficient stock levels in stores.

We’re a hybrid business, which means you’ll have flexibility alongside time together with your team. In this role, you can expect 2-3 days a week in the office or on-site, helping you stay connected, collaborate and do your best work for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Drive availability and sales by working alongside the merchandise, buying and wider Replenishment team.
- Working with the trading teams to ensure all promotions and events are planned and executed to the highest standard.
- Support the maintaining of store of MCD (minimum credible display) levels
- Produce successful and accurate departmental builds for launch periods.
- Provide the Senior Analyst with analytical ISA and stock cover support
