- Micro Space Planner based in
Leicester , who will play a key role within the Store Experience team, responsible for delivering seasonal Merchandising Events (MEs), weekly campaigns, attacks, and Special Buys across our store estate.
This role is focused on creating customer-centric planograms and merchandising solutions that are easy to shop, simple to replenish, and deliver strong commercial performance.
Working within the Store Experience team, the Micro Space Planner will collaborate closely with Commercial, Store Operations, POS, Insights & Analytics, and other key stakeholders to ensure store layouts, planograms, signage, and space allocation support a seamless and consistent customer experience.
The role also requires an awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and retail innovation to help shape best-in-class store execution.
A key focus of the role is developing flexible space and merchandising solutions that maximise sales opportunities across different store formats.
Through data-led analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Micro Space Planner will support commercial strategy, improve sales productivity, and contribute to the delivery of Brilliant Store initiatives, helping drive store growth and enhance the customer experience.
