If you think finance is all grey suits and spreadsheets - think again. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Business Finance Trading team. In this role, you will take ownership of our made to measure business’s costs, provide support for their trade, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and gain exposure to key financial processes while pursuing a professional accounting qualification.We’re a hybrid business, which means you’ll have flexibility alongside time together with your team. In this role, you can expect 3 days a week in the office or on-site, helping you stay connected, collaborate and do your best work for our customers.Prepare bonus calculations for our virtual consultant colleagues Financial Reporting & Cost Centre ManagementPrepare Cost Centre and other P&L slides for Executive Performance Reviews (EPR).Continuously review and challenge cost centre performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.Investment SupportSupport any Non-Stock Capital Expenditure (NsCaps), including reviewing and challenging business cases and investment requests.Weekly or monthly review of actual ROI by category to understand performance and highlight any risks / opps.Trade SupportSupport trading teams by running standard reporting and supporting & produce weekly and ad-hoc reports to support financial data and insights.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A desire to study towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) - study support will be provided.We recognise the value in diversity and welcome applications from all candidates regardless of age, race, religion, disability, gender or sexual identity, socio-economic background or education.
