We are looking for a Digital Launch Manager to drive the successful and efficient launch of new products on Dunelm.com.
This is a pivotal role that will directly contribute to the growth of our website, app and wider business. You'll be responsible for managing a robust critical path, enhancing product data quality, improving launch efficiency and driving effective cross-functional collaboration. Alongside this, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring we continually optimise our launch processes and deliver an outstanding online customer experience.

What you'll be doing
As our Digital Launch Manager, you'll make sure new products land on Dunelm.com and our App as quickly and smoothly as possible, helping customers discover the latest ranges while driving growth across our digital channels.
You’ll lead our Launch team, keeping everything on track from product set-up to go-live, while continuously looking for ways to make our processes simpler, faster and better.
Day To Day, You'll
- Take ownership of getting products live at the earliest opportunity across Dunelm.com and the App, helping maximise sales across Home Delivery, Click & Collect and MPOS.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Launch Assistants, Launch Executives and Senior Launch Executives, supporting their growth and helping them thrive.
- Set clear priorities for the team, balancing changing business needs while maintaining a strong operational grip on delivery.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear updates on launch progress, performance and any risks or challenges that need attention.
- Continuously review and improve launch processes, identifying blockers, finding efficiencies and championing smarter ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with commercial teams, including Category Directors, ensuring everyone is aligned on timelines, standards and priorities.
- Champion best practice in product information and imagery, helping improve quality at source and reducing rework wherever possible.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Central Merchandising, DTC, Logistics, Photography Studio, Operations and Optimisation teams.
- Partner closely with the Optimisation team to understand the wider impact of content improvements and embed any required process changes.
- Work alongside Digital teams across the business to share knowledge, support key initiatives and promote best practice.
- Attend seasonal kick-offs and product walkarounds, helping the team identify key actions and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Category Strategy Partners to understand trading priorities and ensure launch activity reflects what's most important to the business.
- Monitor the website for housekeeping opportunities, raising and resolving issues to maintain a great customer experience.
- Keep an eye on the wider retail and digital landscape, bringing fresh thinking and industry insights back to the team.
- Partner with Central Merchandising, DTC and Web Replenishment teams to prioritise launches in line with stock availability.
- Lead workflow and process changes, working with Digital, Commercial, Product, Technology and supplier-facing teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, well-managed and successfully delivered.
