Overview
Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day – and you’ll be right there to make sure it happens, from the first hello to the final thank you. Our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores – a brilliant team at the heart of everything we do. With a focus on creating great experiences, they’re the first to lend a helping hand, always ready to offer support and guidance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Tills – Offering a friendly and efficient checkout experience. You’ll check everything’s complete and pack fragile items with care, ensuring customers leave confident their items will arrive safely.
- Shop Floor – Helping shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for and maybe even something they didn’t know they needed. Friendly, knowledgeable support builds loyalty.
- Hosting – When something isn’t available on the shelves, you’ll use our iPad systems to place orders for home delivery, and you’ll be trained to deliver our Made to Measure service. You’ll inspire customers with fabric selections and bedding displays.
- Stock & Delivery – A hands‑on, customer‑facing role that involves heavy lifting, checking deliveries, replenishing stock, updating pricing, and keeping displays tidy throughout the day.
