At Dunelm, we believe that feeling at home shouldn’t stop at your front door. As the UK’s leading homewares retailer, we’re passionate about creating a workplace where our colleagues feel just as comfortable, supported, and valued as our customers do.
About the Team
Our Colleague Technology Engineering team is responsible for delivering a seamless and secure end-user computing experience to over 11,000 colleagues and 5,000+ devices across 180+ locations. We equip our teams with the tools they need to thrive—whether that’s the latest laptops, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, or Yealink collaboration equipment.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking group of engineers, including three Endpoint and Collaboration Engineers, an Endpoint Security Engineer, and a growing Identity & Access Management team. With guidance from our Tech Lead and Principal Engineer, and support from our Agile Delivery Lead and Business Analyst.
In Colleague Technology Engineering, we celebrate success, educate, and support one another. With the regular offer of training courses, the opportunity to attend conferences and seminars, and out of work socials, you’ll have everything you need to grow your skills, network with your peers and build a lasting bond with your teammates.

You will work across the entire project lifecycle, from solution discovery and design, through to proof of concept, implementation and support transition. This is a unique chance to engage with all facets of the business, understand key processes, and lead the roll-out of new services and devices to our colleagues.
Following a thorough onboarding process, you’ll join our emergency out-of-hours on-call rota. Rest assured, this is shared among the team and happens on a rotational basis to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, your time on-call will be fairly compensated.
