Here at Dunelm, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Home Delivery Depot in Stoke. We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Depot Supervisor who’s passionate about people, logistics, and delivering a brilliant customer experience. As a Depot Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and transport operations. From overseeing distribution and collection services to managing stock sortation and trunk planning, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and brings a friendly, expert approach to every challenge.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the delivery and collection service and the coordination of the activities of our Home Delivery Network teams.
- Assisting the control of the driver communications and workload, through managing route planning, controlling tachograph reports and managing driver holidays and sickness.
- Contributing to the daily running of the depot and supporting the Depot Manager and Internal Transport Manager in supporting the wider team.
What we’ll look for in you:
- National CPC & Driver CPC would be an advantage.
- C1 licence not essential but would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
