Overview

Pay – £7.55 – £12.21 per hour.

As a Delivery Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our deliveries run smoothly, our stock is well-managed, and our customers and colleagues feel supported. You’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes, helping to maintain high standards in our warehouse and ensuring stock is ready to hit the shop floor.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Goods Receipting & Stock Integrity: Organise and process deliveries with precision using HHT and Athena systems.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Attend daily delivery huddles to align with your team and understand your role; Use delivery equipment safely and in line with company policies.
  • Sustainability & Compliance: Manage salvage and recycling processes to reduce waste and improve sustainability; Maintain inventory of warehouse essentials like bailer wire and waste bags; Stay up to date with Thrive training for policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Efficiency & Organisation: Break down deliveries in a tidy and strategic way to support merchandising; Prepare and process shrinkage and IBTs with duty manager authorisation; Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and well-organised.
