Your local store is looking for a minimum of 8 hours per week as a Weekend Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. This is for a Saturday AND Sunday shift. Dunelm’s coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success. They contribute to a wide range of expectations, including:
- Preparation of our delicious range of food and beverages
- Providing excellent customer service
- Continuously developing and upholding customer relationships
What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
- Functioning as part of a tight-knit team
- Working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge
- Working with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, and meat products
- Serving hot and cold beverages
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible
- Loading and unloading the dishwashers
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area, and restaurant
