Dunelm Cheltenham’s Pausa coffee shop is hiring a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant on a seasonal basis until 13 February 2027. The role requires a minimum 16 hours per week and offers age-based pay: £8.00/hour for 16–17 year olds and £12.71/hour for 18+.
You’ll pour drinks, serve food, keep the area clean and warmly welcome customers throughout busy shifts. The work is hands-on, fast-paced and customer-focused, with opportunities to build product knowledge and contribute to a positive dining
