Dunelm’s Pausa coffee shop is hiring a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant for a seasonal position at our store. Pay ranges from £8.00 per hour (16–17) to £12.71 per hour (18+).
The role runs until 13 February 2027 and requires a minimum of 8 hours per week. You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, serving hot and cold beverages, presenting food items, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and cleanliness in a busy shop environment.
