The local store is looking for a Minimum 20 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

What you'll be doing
While meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way.
- Serve hot and cold beverages that delight our customers.
- Dishes up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy.
- Ensure all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended.
- Keep the restaurant tables clear and sanitised promptly to maintain our customers high expectations.
- Provide an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
- Work and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork.
