Pay: 16-17 – £7.55 per hour; 18+ – £12.21 per hour.
Your local store is looking for a minimum 24 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.
What you’ll be doing
Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way
- Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
- As part of this role you will be working and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork
