Overview
The role of a Regional Fitting Manager is to ensure that we offer a best in class fitting experience in your region. This includes focusing on customer service, fitting capability, utilisation and availability and post purchase experience (remakes)
You will be responsible for the overall quality and performance of all fitters in your region, this role is integral in ensuring that we develop, engage and performance manage fitters to deliver right first-time fits for each customer.
You will need to be data driven and insight led, using key metrics to help drive performance in your region.
You will be the key lead for made to measure fitting in your region so it is essential that you create and maintain great relationships with Regional & Store Coaches, ensuring that our stores are driving made to measure with your support.

We work closely with many other areas of the business but most notably stores, store operations, digital growth, product and design teams.
What you\’ll be doing
- Ability to lead a remote team, keeping them engaged and motivated.
- Ability deliver great training and coaching to develop members of your team.
- Being data driven and insight led to ensure you hit your key KPI’s such as fitter utilisation and efficiency.
- Maintaining a low remake KPI, working with manufacturing to improve product and packaging if required.
- Problem solving & resolution for customer complaints.
- Building and maintaining great relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Being proactive in finding new ways to drive efficiency or sales.
