We're looking for a Store Coach Designate to cover stores around the Stoke Region. It's a hands-on role that emphasises operations, people, and creating brilliant customer experiences. You'll help customers find what they need, when they need it, and ensure the store feels as good behind the scenes as it does out front. What you'll be doing
- Customer Acquisition: Grow our local presence by boosting our social efforts, encouraging e-receipts, and finding smart ways to bring new customers through the door and keep them coming back.
- Customer Obsession: Coach and empower Hosts to deliver a seamless, multi-channel shopping experience—from mobile point-of-sale to virtual consultations. Champion a Customer First mindset to help the team deliver consistently great service and strong NPS results.
- Trading Mindset: Spot opportunities, act fast, and ensure the store is always looking its best. Work with the Deputy Manager and Team Leaders to bring campaigns to life and keep standards high.
- Process & Compliance: From click & collect to stock loss prevention, keep operations running smoothly and safely. Take ownership of compliance, health & safety, and audit standards.
- Empower the Team: Inspire your leadership team to act with ownership, nurture talent, build succession plans, and collaborate with the Regional Coach and People Lead to help your team grow and thrive.
