  • Supporting the creation of primary and secondary photography briefs by selecting and curating products that tell compelling visual stories.

  • Experience supporting creative or design-led projects, along with the versatility to work across a range of interior styles and aesthetics.
  • Strong product curation skills, with the ability to create inspiring, customer-focused and commercially relevant product stories.
  • Experience creating and styling visual displays for retail, events, photography or similar environments.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
  • A passion for evolving and elevating product presentation, always looking for fresh ideas and new ways to inspire.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
  • Confidence working to tight deadlines and adapting when priorities change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of customer trends, seasonal direction and the wider retail landscape.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, grow and continuously develop your skills.
  • Confidence researching trends, gathering inspiration and presenting ideas and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe when required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Most importantly, you’ll bring your own perspective and creativity to the team. We love people who ask questions, spot opportunities, share ideas and help us see things differently. After all, the best homes are full of character, and so are the people who help us create them.
