Dunelm is seeking a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant for Pausa at our Eastbourne store. This part-time role offers at least 16 hours per week, with weekend and evening shifts possible. You will welcome customers, prepare beverages, serve food items, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver a warm, friendly cafe experience.

You will build knowledge of our product range, focus on health and safety, and work as part of a tight-knit team to ensure high CSAT and memorable visits for every customer.
