Your local store is looking for a minimum 16 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

What you’ll be doing Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

  • Be customer obsessed - consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way
  • Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
  • Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
  • Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended
  • Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
  • Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
  • You are customer obsessed - you put customers first in every interaction
  • You're flexible, able to work across the weekends and evenings
  • You have previous experience working closely with a team and you'll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment
