You'll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers.

Whether it's a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you'll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

It's a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.

  • What you'll be doing Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Be customer obsessed - consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way.
  • Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers.
  • Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy.
  • Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended.
  • Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations.
  • Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
  • You are customer obsessed - you put customers first in every interaction.
  • You're flexible, able to work across the weekends and evenings.
  • You have previous experience working closely with a team and you'll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment.
