Dunelm is hiring a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant for Pausa in a local store, minimum 12 hours per week. You will pour coffee, learn our product range, and connect with customers to brighten their day.
This is a hands-on, busy role requiring energy and teamwork. You will work to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards, support a friendly cafe experience, and help drive customer satisfaction. Flexible to work weekends and evenings; prior cafe experience is helpful but not required.
