You will be the senior escalation point supporting users, business-critical applications, digital and e-commerce platforms, and infrastructure across stores, the Distribution Centre, and Head Office.
You will mentor junior team members, work with Service Desk colleagues and external partners, and bring a strong customer-focused approach and solid IT best practices to a fast-paced retail environment.
