About the role

You’ll join our vibrant team in Selfridges Oxford Street where you will play an integral role at the heart of our business. You’ll be entrusted to drive strong stockroom performance by maintaining high standards and ensuring all KPIs are met, including stockloss. You’ll ensure efficient stockroom operations that maximise sales and service and promote the Dune Experience throughout the store. This success of course, will all be done whilst having fun working with fabulous teams and beautiful product! We want you to love what you do as much as we do.

About you

  • Previous stockroom experience
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • A hands-on approach where you set a great example for the team, exhibiting confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ability to support both the management and sales team to achieve and drive sales and targets
  • An eye for detail, enabling our stores to stay flawless
  • Passion and enthusiasm for shoes and fashion, keeping up to date with the latest trends
