About the role

Our design team is looking for a Junior Designer to support the creation of a comprehensive range of footwear and accessories (including handbags and lifestyle products). The Junior Designer will assist with daily departmental tasks, research, and collating relevant trend and shop reports.

About you

  • Relevant industry experience in women’s footwear and accessories
  • Strong understanding and passion for the Dune London brand, customer base, and collections
  • Enthusiasm for the fashion industry with knowledge of luxury and high street trends, able to apply this to our brand
  • Passion for product development with technical understanding across multiple categories
  • Assist in branding and hardware design, core to Dune’s DNA
  • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and supplier interactions
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in sharing ideas
  • Ability to interpret trends to inspire collections
  • Proactive, innovative, and able to manage workload independently
  • Team player with motivation to work autonomously

Experience / Skills Required

  • Creative, versatile portfolio demonstrating technical skills
  • Degree in Fashion Design, Footwear, or Accessories
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Drawing and CAD skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Office software
