About the role

You’ll join the Marketplace and Digital Partnerships team—an area of significant growth and focus for Dune London. As Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing key relationships and product information between Dune London and our Digital Concession and Marketplace partners. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our partners receive timely, high-quality content and support to maximise trading success.

This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to multiple teams across the business. You\’ll contribute to trading decisions, drive operational efficiency, and build your experience in a dynamic digital retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for communication and queries.
  • Support the ongoing trading of each channel—monitoring sales, analysing performance, and proactively identifying areas to optimise or grow.
  • Take accountability for driving sales performance through weekly trading, using actionable insights from sales data and product trends to identify opportunities and achieve targets across concession partners.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all product data, imagery, pricing, and stock levels are accurately uploaded and maintained across partner channels, overseeing the full product range to ensure everything is live, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
  • Provide operational support by working cross-functionally to investigate and resolve data feed or content issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews of partner websites to identify and work to resolve any inaccuracies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Carry out ad hoc deep dives into trading performance, product data, and key trends to support business decision-making.
  • Manage digital assets by ensuring all content is gathered in advance of launches and banners are briefed ahead of seasonal changeovers and promotions.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new partners and support strong, consistent communication with existing ones.

About you

What we’re looking for:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
  • A strong interest in developing within the eCommerce and digital retail environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving processes and ways of working.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct inaccuracies in product data and listings.
  • Strong analytical skills to support commercial decisions and channel operational performance.
  • Confident and clear communicator—comfortable working with internal teams and external partners alike.
  • Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of digital platforms and digital retail operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing partner accounts
