Job Description
About Us
We are a London-based boutique consultancy specialising in Business Transformation and M&A Advisory, working with ambitious clients across Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Infrastructure. Our team partners closely with senior leaders to unlock value by shaping strategy and driving execution from boardroom to frontline. We combine the rigour of top-tier strategy consulting with the agility and depth of a hands-on transformation partner. As we grow, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead critical projects and help scale our impact.
The Role
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex client programmes and be a strategic sparring partner to senior executives. You will lead workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and transformation management while guiding a high-performing team and shaping how our firm delivers value.
This is an opportunity to move beyond the slide deck: influence outcomes, implement change, and shape the next chapter of a growing firm. You'll be based in London and work in the office 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of client engagements: structure, manage and drive execution across workstreams to progress the transformation agenda
- Build and manage senior client relationships and drive alignment across leadership teams
- Understand customer's problems and lead strategic, structured analyses to assess market dynamics, organisational design and performance improvement and cost reduction opportunities
- Facilitate workshops on “Where to Play / How to Win,” future-state design, and value creation levers
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps and guide client and internal teams to deliver projects at pace
- Lead development of compelling, executive-ready presentations to support C-suite decision-making and keep momentum to achieve transformation milestones
- Coach and develop consultants; contribute to internal capability building and practice growth
- Grow revenue through existing and new accounts
What we are looking for
- 15+ years of consulting experience, with recent tenure at a top-tier firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, A&M, Kearney or a OC&C top boutique )
- Proven track record of leading strategy execution or business transformation projects end-to-end
- Strategic thinker who is equally strong in problem-solving, communication, and program delivery
- Confident engaging with C-suite executives and building long-term trusted relationships
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; skilled in storyboarding and crafting clear, visually engaging materials
- Experienced in managing teams and coaching consultants in a high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
