We are a boutique management consulting firm supporting CFOs, Corporate development teams and business leaders on large-scale transformations, turnarounds and M&A across Life Sciences, CPG and Manufacturing sectors. Our work spans operational due diligence, value creation planning, operating model and process efficiency implementation, carve-outs/integrations, and end-to-end delivery, not just recommendations.
As a Senior Manager on our growing team, you’ll lead finance-heavy engagements that connect operational improvement to tangible financial outcomes (EBITDA, cash, working capital, run-rate savings). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys FP&A-style thinking, deal environments, and driving implementation in complex organisations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational & financial due diligence: assess performance, risks, and value drivers; build a fact base tied to the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
- Build and validate financial baselines and improvement cases: run-rate bridges, KPI trees, benefit sizing, synergy cases, and investment/ROI logic.
- Develop value creation / turnaround plans: identify and prioritise initiatives across cost, cash, and growth; translate into an executable transformation roadmap.
- Drive finance-led transformation delivery: establish governance (TMO/PMO), define reporting cadence, track benefits, and remove delivery blockers.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (often CFO/Finance Director, PE ops, functional leads): challenge constructively and drive decision-making.
- Lead and develop teams: coach consultants, and set the bar for analytical rigor and clear storytelling.
- Support growth: contribute to proposals and help expand accounts through strong delivery and trusted relationships.
What we are looking For
- 8–12+ years in consulting (transformation, transaction advisory, restructuring) and/or in-house roles (FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, M&A integration/carve-out).
- Demonstrable experience in FP&A (planning, forecasting, performance management) and due diligence (operational and/or financial), ideally with value creation exposure.
- Strong ability to link operational drivers to financial impact (unit economics, cost drivers, productivity, working capital, capex).
- Comfortable with data and modelling (advanced Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus).
- Credible with senior stakeholders; confident facilitating working sessions and steering discussions to outcomes.
- Delivery-oriented: pragmatic, structured problem solver who enjoys implementation, not just strategy decks.
- Experienced in managing projects independently and coaching/building teams.
- Enjoys working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership and visibility.
- High autonomy & senior exposure: flat team, direct access to leadership and clients.
- Real transformation work: measurable outcomes, not just recommendations.
- Growth path: opportunity to shape the practice and progress toward Director with broader responsibilities.
