  • Advanced Analytics Delivery: Lead end‑to‑end data analytics projects—data exploration, feature engineering, model development (ML/AI), validation, and deployment—tailored to solving client business problems.
  • Analytics Framework & Playbooks: Co‑create repeatable playbooks for common analytics problems (budget forecasting, customer segmentation, price/volume analysis), including code templates, visualisation standards, and deployment guidelines.
  • Insight Packaging & Storytelling: Architect and implement dashboards, reports, and narrative templates that translate complex model outputs into concise, actionable recommendations using different tools including Power BI or Tableau.
  • Leverage cloud data processing frameworks like Databricks, or similar for handling, processing, and analysing complex, high-volume data from a wide variety of corporate structured and unstructured sources, 3rd party providers and publicly available data.
  • Technology & Infrastructure Advisory: Assess and recommend data science tooling, platform architecture (cloud/on‑premise), and MLOps practices to ensure scalable, maintainable analytics pipelines (including API calls to various services).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in data strategy and analytics consulting, ideally working with management consultancies or a leading analytics-focused consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify technical concepts and craft compelling data‑driven narratives.
  • Certifications in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data, technology and one or more data-focused programming languages such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Adaptability with strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high achievers and demanding client expectations.
  • Self-discipline for planning and organising tasks, and delivering in an unstructured environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
  • A genuine affinity for problem solving - an inquisitive mind who wants to solve the trickiest challenges whilst working with incredible colleagues.
