Location:: Marchbanks, Marchbanks, 34 Harefield Road, Dundee, DD2 3JW## Job DescriptionBased at Marchbanks (DD2 3JW) Depot, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Mon to Thurs 0730 to 1530; Fri 0730 to 1500).If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, please email Martin Jeffers at martin.jeffers@dundeecity.gov.uk## RequirementsYou will have basic numeric and reading/writing skills. You will have a current LGV licence. (Category C) and valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).## ResponsibilitiesYou will drive a range of vehicles (including 26 tonne refuse collection, 2-axle skip loader, 4-axle 32 tonne RORO hook lift and a range of less than 7.5 tonne vehicles) operated by the Waste Services section in an efficient and safe manner and carry out all relevant safety checks associated with the vehicles.## The IndividualYou will have experience as a LGV driver, of working unsupervised and as part of a team, working under pressure and adhering to method statements/traffic management procedures.You will be prepared to be adaptable to meet requirements of the job, willing to undergo training and have flexibility to operate at different sites and locations as required along with the flexibility to work at weekends where required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
