Requirements

  • You will need 3 National 4s equivalent (including English) or relevant experience of working in an office environment.

Responsibilities

As Business Support Assistant you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive business support service by undertaking a range of business support duties for the service.

The Individual

  • You will have experience of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word, Teams and Excel.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, numeric and organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to work independently and use own initiative is essential.
  • You will have flexibility, as you may be requested to work at different locations.
