Job Description
Based at St Paul\’s RC Academy, you will work part time, 28 hours per week on a temporary basis until June 2026.

Requirements
- You will be GTCS Registered (Secondary), have knowledge of relevant curriculum areas and an awareness of main current issues in Scottish education.
- You will also be required to obtain RC Church approval. Please see https://sces.org.uk/church-approval/ for information.
Responsibilities
You will deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute, within the collegiate ethos, to the professional life of the school.
The Individual
You will demonstrate application and knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence as well as the new National Qualifications structure and evidence of appropriate Professional Learning. In addition you will have a positive and caring approach and commitment to young people, have good communication/interpersonal skills and relate well to others.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
