Based at Morgan Academy, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, term time only on a temporary basis until July 2026.

You will have a good general standard of education.

Responsibilities

You will provide support to staff and pupils by promoting a positive school ethos, assisting in managing pupil behaviour, and establishing contacts and good working relationships with members of the school community.

The Individual

You will work with members of the public, often in sensitive situations. You will have the ability to engender trust and confidence, maintain effective working relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers, and work on your own initiative. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
