Job Description

Requirements
You will have an HND or SVQ Level 4 in a relevant discipline.
Responsibilities
You will develop, implement and supervise capital and planned maintenance projects to improve and maintain the housing stock, ensuring optimum contribution of other Departments, Agencies and Contractors.
The Individual
You will have housing/asset management related experience and of working directly with the public. You will have good communication, analytical and problem solving skills and will be able to plan/prioritise and monitor budgets and be forward thinking. You will be a team worker with good leadership skills and have customer care experience. You will be self-motivated, flexible and able to attend evening meetings. A current driving licence is essential.
