You will have experience in housing, of delivering a customer focussed service, assessing and processing applications, along with good IT skills, effective written and oral communication and organisational skills.
You will have the ability to remain focussed when facing competing demands and being flexible to meet needs of customers and the organisation.
You will be able to work evenings/weekends, if required.
