\n Job DescriptionBased at Fairmuir House, 365 Clepington Road, you will work full time, 37 hours per week. (8am to 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 8am to 1pm Friday) on a temporary basis for 6 months. The annual salary for this post will in the region of £44,156. You will be able to maintain: Core Domestic Gas Safety – CCN1. Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters. Cookers – CKR1. Gas Fires – HTR1, Meters – MET1. CMDD1A.ResponsibilitiesYou will carry out gas servicing, duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with training and skills as instructed and directed by supervision.The IndividualYou will have experience in all aspects of responsive repairs and new installations and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices. You will have the ability to work on own initiative and good organisational skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment and ability to work at heights. You will have current full driving licence. You will be required to undertake any necessary training and development to support the upskilling needed to complete repairs right first time and at the first visit.\n
