If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, please contact Jennifer Millar on 01382 435038 or email jennifer.millar@dundeecity.gov.ukRequirementsYou will have a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide professional leadership as first line manager with day to day operational management responsibility for a team or teams of staff delivering front line social work services, whilst ensuring high standards of practice parameters and service provision are maintained.The IndividualYou will have proven post-qualifying experience, with supervision experience along with Multi Agency working. You will have working knowledge of relevant legislation, highly developed verbal and written communication skills. You will be registered with SSSC within specified timescale. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council .\n
