Requirements

You will have 3 National 4s equivalent (including English) or relevant experience of working in an office environment.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive business support service by undertaking a range of business support duties for the service.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in an office environment, of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems. You will have knowledge of preparing management information/statistics, extracting reports from systems as and when required and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word and Excel is essential. You will have numeric skills with accuracy and attention to detail and good communication skills both oral and written. Flexibility may be required to work at different locations. A satisfactory Level 1 - Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
