The predicted salary is between 28350 - 34650 £ per year.
Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.
Requirements:
- You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject matter or have a relevant professional qualification and experience.
Responsibilities:
- You will take a lead role in the planning, commissioning, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development activity across the wider LOD remit, responding to service priorities, workforce needs and statutory or regulatory requirements.
- You will work with service and multi-agency partners to support workforce capability, practice improvement, assurance and agreed service outcomes.
- You will support organisational development, workforce improvement and change activity across the wider Learning and Organisational Development Service.
The Individual:
- You will have knowledge and experience of current workforce priorities and knowledge of current learning and development agendas and policy drivers.
- You will have experience of designing, commissioning, delivering and evaluating learning or workforce development activity, experience of multi-agency and partnership working of supporting or contributing to complex projects, change programmes, improvement activity or workforce planning.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation, presentation and engagement skills with the ability to plan, commission and quality-assure learning and development opportunities.
- You will have strong networking, negotiation and partnership skills, the ability to interpret evidence, data and feedback to identify priorities and evaluate impact.
- Proven project management, organisational and self-management skills and confident use of digital tools, collaboration platforms and learning systems along with the ability to work effectively in complex, high-risk and politically sensitive environments is essential.
- You will have the ability to travel to venues across Dundee and partner locations as required.
- The ability to work flexibly to meet service needs and a commitment to maintaining professional knowledge of relevant policy, statutory and regulatory requirements.
