Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Gellatly Street office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have an HNC/SVQ3, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area and/or relevant work experience in a decriminalised parking environment.

Responsibilities

You will provide administrative management of a comprehensive appeals and adjudication service in respect of parking, low emission zones and bus lane enforcement and ensuring that all administrative activity required to support the Council’s car parking functions is carried out effectively.

The Individual

You will have demonstrated experience in a supervisory role along with experience of dealing with difficult and challenging customers in difficult/stressful situations. The ability to be flexible and work as part of the management team to increase performance and meet statutory timelines and knowledge of MS Teams is essential.
