Responsibilities You will provide an efficient and effective Business Support Service, including workload distribution, reception, making full use of digital systems and software. As part of the Business Support Service, you will work with colleagues to improve process and practices. The Individual You will have experience of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems along with experience of preparing management information / statistics, extracting reports from systems as and when required. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word and Excel, good oral and written communication skills along with numeric and organisational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. You will be able to relate to a wide variety of people and have flexibility, as may be requested to work at different locations.
