Job Description
Based at Marchbanks, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, on a fixed term basis for 4 years.
The Modern Apprentice Scheme is focused to target high youth unemployment in the Dundee Area and the funding for training is only available for candidates aged 16 to 19. Please ensure, if you are applying for a Modern Apprentice post, that you are between the ages of 16 to 19. You will be asked to bring proof of age with you if you are invited for an interview.

Requirements
You will have 3 National 5βs, including English, Maths and one other relevant subject.
Responsibilities
You will be working under the direct instruction of a tradesperson, to develop the skills and knowledge for the chosen trade, whilst demonstrating an enthusiasm and willingness to achieve a high degree of competency. You will also undertake college studies and must complete the chosen development training programme.
The Individual
You will be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative and have good communication skills. You will be enthusiastic with good time keeping and attendance You must be able to attend college as part of the apprenticeship.
