Part Time Variable Lecturer - Painting & Decorating and Brickwork
Working Hours: Variable
Rate of Pay: £23.85 - £28.71 per hour plus preparation and marking allowance and holiday pay (dependent on experience)
Campus: Kingsway Campus, Old Glamis Road, Dundee, DD3 8LE
We would like to add to the supply pool of part-time lecturing staff in Construction in the following areas:-
- Painting & Decorating
- Bricklayer
Successful applicants will possess up-to-date knowledge of the sector and hold relevant qualifications.
The teaching duties for the post will include teaching over a range of different levels of learners at Kingsway and Arbroath Campuses.
This role requires a high level of professional knowledge, experience and understanding of the subject areas and involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning, assessment of student work, feedback to students, and student achievement.
If successful Dundee and Angus College will help you to gain registration with the General Teaching Council Scotland (GTCS). The College will work with you and support you to achieve the qualifications and professional learning required for registration, you must be willing to undertake any training and development necessary to gain registration.
