The predicted salary is between 20934 - 25200 £ per year.

We are currently seeking two committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our lecturing team in the area of Essential Skills. The post holders will teach a variety of subjects within Communication & English and/or ICT.

You will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area. A strong team ethos and the willingness to deliver courses at various levels are required. Expertise in other core skill areas and the ability to contribute to the delivery of them at a basic level would be an advantage.

If successful, Dundee and Angus College will help you to gain registration with the General Teaching Council Scotland (GTCS). The College will work with you and support you to achieve the qualifications and professional learning required for registration; you must be willing to undertake any training and development necessary to gain registration.

Depending on the skills and preferences of shortlisted candidates, there is flexibility for one of the 0.521FTE posts to be split into two 0.261 FTE positions. If you are interested in a smaller contractual commitment, we would encourage you to apply and indicate your interest in this within your application.
