Our Business Services team is seeking an Accountant (Business Services Adviser). This role will be instrumental in supporting the provision of accounting and business advice services, developing the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training. You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting comprehensive sets of accounts along with detailed working papers for review by your manager.
- Meeting designated deadlines for all accounting tasks.
- Efficiently managing your workload and client expectations, leveraging your expertise to enhance the team's performance.
- Cultivating strong client relationships to optimise outcomes and actively contributing to business growth initiatives.
- Maintaining keen awareness of project timelines and completing assignments within specified parameters.
- Implementing strategies to minimise review points and enhance project efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Possessing either partial or full AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
