We are looking for an organised and proactive People Administrator for a 6-month fixed term contract. The role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting our team members and delivering an outstanding people experience.

What does this role involve?

To provide an administrative service to the People team which is seamless and responsive to changing circumstances and requirements.

As a People Administrator, teamwork means working closely with colleagues, managers, and employees to provide effective support, share information, and ensure people processes run smoothly. It involves communicating clearly, being reliable, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

You will provide a great client experience offering friendly, efficient and professional support whilst ensuring our team members feel valued and their needs are met.

Skills and experience

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment of new team members and internal moves.
  • Provide a proactive, thorough and accurate administrative service across a wide range of ad hoc and regular recurring tasks and projects ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare letters and distribute forms as required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for people related queries from team members, passing queries on to the relevant People team member when required.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of working as an administrator in a busy office, using systems and manual processes including experience of writing own letter and correspondence content.
  • MS Office suite [Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, MS Forms] to a good level.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the capability to work independently and as a team.
