We\’re looking for an AAT Trainee at our Leicester location.

What does this role involve?

During your training contract, you will gain hands-on experience with our core service line teams – including assurance, business services, and tax – helping you to put everything you learn into action in real-life scenarios. This diverse learning plan is designed to give you a well-rounded understanding of the industry so you can discover the right career path.

Teamwork

You will be responsible for supporting the wider team to deliver accountancy and audit services whilst undertaking studies to achieve an industry-recognised qualification.

You will develop and maintain the professional competencies necessary to provide a high-quality service to clients, contributing to the company’s reputation, strength, and success.

Skills and experience

In addition to GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4+ or equivalent and 96 UCAS points across three A-Levels (excluding General Studies), it would be advantageous to have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Effective time management to balance work and study
  • Collaborative approach to working effectively as part of a wider team
