Duties and responsibilities
As an Immigration Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of immigration matters, including both Legal Aid Agency funded and private client work, while providing supervision, guidance and support to junior team members in accordance with IAAS and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reporting directly to the Department Director.
- Responsible for all aspects of Immigration work including providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
- Ability to manage and supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.
