Duncan & Todd Opticians is recruiting a Customer Care Assistant for our Peebles branch.

This part-time role covers three days per week (Mon–Sat) and involves front-line patient contact, diary management, and in-store support.

You will assist with frame and lens selection, demonstrate contact lens use, process stock deliveries, and maintain NHS records.

Previous optical experience is preferred but full training is provided.
