Duncan & Todd Opticians in Aberdeen is recruiting a Temporary Customer Care Assistant to join our busy practices, working 37.5 hours over 5 days. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling enquiries via phone, email or in person and supporting daily front-desk tasks.
You will manage the appointment diary, assist with frame and lens selection, demonstrate contact lens use, process deliveries and NHS paperwork, and help maintain patient records.
