Duncan & Todd Opticians is hiring a Mobile Customer Care Assistant to join our optical practices across the Tayside & Fife Hub.
The role covers areas including Arbroath, Montrose, Forfar, Perth, Dundee and Broughty Ferry, with a mobile salary uplift.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will handle inquiries, assist with frame and lens choices, manage appointments, and support NHS paperwork and records.
Training is provided for those new to optics.
