At Duncan and Todd, we’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life across digital, social, CRM and in-branch channels. The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of Duncan and Todd’s overall marketing and customer growth strategy across the group. The role will focus on campaign execution, content creation, customer communications and brand consistency across digital and in-branch touchpoints.
Working closely with the wider marketing and retail teams, the Marketing Executive will help deliver engaging customer experiences that support new patient growth, retention, brand awareness and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign and Content Delivery
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social and in-branch channels.
- Create engaging customer-facing content aligned to the Duncan and Todd brand positioning and tone of voice.
- Assist in the delivery of seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and brand initiatives across all company divisions.
- Create and coordinate campaign assets and ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time.
- Social Media and Digital Content
- Manage and create organic social media content across the group platforms.
- Support the creation of digital assets including emails, landing pages, website content, blogs and social contents.
- Work with the wider team to ensure content supports SEO, engagement and conversion objectives.
- Monitor social engagement and support reporting on channel performance and audience growth.
- Customer Experience and Brand Support
- Support the development of customer-facing assets across digital and in-branch touchpoints including POS, signage, templates and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all customer communications and marketing materials are aligned to brand guidelines and customer experience standards.
- Assist with improving the customer journey across online, CRM and retail experiences.
- Support local branch marketing initiatives and coordinate delivery of required assets and communications.
- Internal Communications
- Support the management of internal communications across the business.
- Help maintain engaging and up-to-date content across the company intranet and colleague communication channels.
- Assist with colleague engagement initiatives and internal campaign communications.
- CRM and Customer Communications Support
- Support CRM campaign execution including customer emails, newsletters and promotional communications.
- Assist with customer segmentation and personalised communication activity.
- Work with the CRM Manager to ensure communications support retention, recall and customer lifecycle objectives.
- Reporting and Administration
- Support campaign reporting and KPI tracking across marketing activity.
- Assist with supplier coordination, print management and branded merchandise ordering.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Support the wider marketing team with general administration and project coordination.

Candidate Profile- Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience within a marketing or content-based role.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Design skills and competent with design tools such as Indesign/illustrator.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Proactive, collaborative and willing to contribute across a wide range of marketing activity.
- Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of retail, healthcare or customer service environments.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital performance marketing.
